The rules for using Vyrelis CRM, kept short and in plain language.
The agreement
These terms are between Creative Duo LLC, doing business as Vyrelis (“Vyrelis”, “we”), and the agency that creates a Vyrelis CRM account (“you”). By creating an account or using the service you accept them on the agency’s behalf, and you confirm you are allowed to.
Accounts and users
- Each agency has its own workspace. Admins invite staff, set roles and remove access.
- Keep sign-in details private and tell us promptly if you think an account has been misused.
- Clients you invite to the client portal use it free and only see what you share with them.
Your data
Your agency owns the data it puts into Vyrelis CRM. We use it only to provide, secure and support the service, as described in the privacy policy. You can export it, and you can delete client records or the whole agency account.
If your agency is a covered entity under HIPAA, contact [email protected] to put a business associate agreement in place before you store protected health information.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for having the right to collect and use your clients’ information, and for the consent you record before texting, calling or emailing them (TCPA, CAN-SPAM and state law).
- You remain responsible for complying with CMS marketing and enrollment rules, carrier contracts and your state’s insurance regulations. Vyrelis CRM includes checks and records that help; it does not make the decision for you.
- Do not use the service to send spam, to break the law, to probe or disrupt it, or to reach another agency’s data.
Plan data and AI
Plan, drug, provider and market information comes from public sources such as CMS and the carriers’ own documents. We work to keep it accurate, but it can be out of date or incomplete: confirm details with the carrier before enrolling a client. AI features produce drafts and suggestions that a person must review; they are not legal, tax or compliance advice.
Outside services
When you connect Google, Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Threads), LinkedIn, Stripe, a texting provider or another outside service, your use of it is also governed by that service’s terms. We are not responsible for an outside service being unavailable or changing how it works.
Plans and payment
- Plans are priced per staff user per month, as shown on the pricing section of the home page and in the app.
- Founding agencies keep their plan price for 12 months from sign-up. After that we may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice to the agency’s admins.
- Usage-based charges (such as text messages beyond what a plan includes) draw from a prepaid balance. Prepaid balances are not refundable except where the law requires.
- Fees do not include taxes, which are added where they apply.
Cancelling and ending
You can cancel at any time in Settings → Billing; the agency keeps working until the end of the paid period. Deleting the agency starts a 30-day holding period before its data is erased. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other agencies at risk, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
Warranty and liability
We work to keep Vyrelis CRM available, secure and correct, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties beyond those the law does not allow us to exclude.
To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees your agency paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
General
Florida law governs these terms. If we change them we update the date above and tell agency admins before a material change takes effect; continuing to use the service after that means you accept the change. Questions go to [email protected].
